A burnout happens when you run out of energy from doing a powerful technique or attempt a technique that far surpasses
your ability. You know when you are in the burnout state because you feel physically exhausted and not able to do things that
you would be able to before. The burnout state goes on it's own, but you can hurry it up by sleeping excessivly and eating
healthy foods (Noooo...not the peas...). When in the burnout state, you cannot do any Ki attacks or training or else you will
get worse and your performance will be less anyway, so I suggest you rest until it finishes.
If you could do a Ki ball previously and cannot after a while, this might be the cause. Try some energy gathering techniques
every so often.
