Please follow a training scheulde as it will help you to improve on Ki.

You should always follow a training scheulde when Ki training. This helps your energy body to realize when to 'open up'.

You could have, say... half an hour a day with 15 minutes Ki ball training, 10 minutes Ki technique training and the other 5 minutes rest.

Rest is very important as it helps in training. It helps because while resting you gain more energy from around you to 'top up'.
