Many people ask me this in emails, so to save time I have put it up here.

This is a question many people ask. They are not sure if they have made a Ki ball because they don't know what the sensations are supposed to be.

Different people feel different sensations while holding a Ki ball. The main one is pressure. Nearly all of the other people feel tingling. The next common ones are: temperature, pressure and buzzing in the ears.

There has been a confusion over the pressure sensation. Just to clear it up, if your hands go stiff the chances are that it is normal stiffness. BUT if you close your hands a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit, your hands should be repelled.

If you are still not sure, do this test: Put your hands in the Ki ball position, but do not make a Ki ball. If you feel no sensations that you felt while making a Ki ball, you can make a Ki ball.

If you have any problems with Ki, please email me.
